Social platforms come and go. Algorithms change overnight. The artist’s own website — and the fan list it builds — belongs to the artist permanently. We exist to make that channel the centre of gravity for everything the artist sells.
Results span ACT engagements and prior programs managed by ACT’s leadership team. All figures are unaudited programme-level results.
You can’t own your Instagram following — the platform does. You can’t control what a ticketing site shows next to your artist’s name. You can’t build a direct relationship with fans through someone else’s algorithm.
We don’t build websites and hand them off. We are the ongoing brand manager for the artist’s digital presence — building, operating, and growing the artist’s official platform as the primary instrument for fan engagement, list growth, and revenue.
We operate on behalf of the artist — not the venue, not the promoter, not the ticketing platform. Every program we build is designed to pull a fragmented online audience into the one channel the artist controls.
We work with artist management to design and execute sales programs that align with the artist’s brand, audience, and touring strategy.
Artist Consulting Team was founded on a simple premise: in a world where audiences are scattered across platforms no artist controls, the artist’s own website and fan list are the only assets that truly belong to the artist.
Our leadership team spent over two decades building direct-to-fan programs for some of the world’s best-known touring artists — including Elton John, Celine Dion, Roger Waters, and George Michael — before founding ACT to do this work entirely on the artist’s terms.
We work closely with artist management to build programs that align with the artist’s goals — not the interests of third-party platforms, venue operators, or ticketing intermediaries.
We work with artist managers and agents to design programs tailored to each tour. If you manage an artist who tours internationally and you’re looking to own the direct-to-fan relationship, we’d like to talk.
